How long does setup take, and does it disrupt the current workflow?

Accepted Answer

Setup is effectively immediate. We use a plug-and-play model, so you can test the product on the lowest tier, Starter: add payment details, create an account, and upload a job spec or candidate to start matching.

More integrated options are available too, such as CRM integration, email send, sequencing and tracking, and LinkedIn sequencing. Those take a little longer to wire up. But to test the matching itself, you can sign up and run your own candidates or job specs straight away.

How much does it cost, and how is it priced?

Accepted Answer

There are three core tiers, Starter, Growth and Scale, plus a Bespoke option for agencies over 20 seats or with custom requirements. Pricing is set mainly by the number of spec runs you get per seat each month, where a run is one match search, either a candidate looking for open roles or a job spec looking for matching candidates online. The per-seat price drops as you add seats, and you can choose monthly or annual billing. You can see live prices for every tier and seat count on our pricing section .

What size agency is it built for?

Any size. JobVantage suits any agency that wants to win clients, source candidates more efficiently and grow revenue without growing headcount. In practice, smaller and mid-size agencies tend to be hungriest for rapid growth and client acquisition, and they are the ones we see getting the most value out of it.

Do recruiters need technical skills to use it?

Accepted Answer

None at all, and that is the beauty of the product. Upload or connect a candidate or a job spec and the system does the rest. All the recruiter is left to do is sift the results and click to send the outreach. We have designed it to be as low-admin as possible, so recruiters can spend their time on what makes them good recruiters: vetting candidates and selling opportunities.
